  • TSV takescare of maintenance, development and training of users. • Development by plugins but we also do programming for the main engine fulfilling wishes of Finnish journals but offering new possibilities for the whole world • Budget for the Journal.fi –project (connected to another larger OA-project) was about 115 000 euros, mainly for programming but also for translations and some info- or pr-travel expensis and materials. • Nowday one full time person taking care of programming and other techical help, one person taking care most of the training (part time) + Sami Syrjämäki with general reponsibility including policy • Centralized service creates substantial savings compared to de-centralazed solution.
