(Detailed Weekly Summary)
I have been completing my projectschedule sheet;
fromthis I have learnt how to conductdata in an
organised manor. This schedulewill help me each
week by showing whatI need to complete.
Carry on with the projectschedule sheet
and begin research. I will do this by looking
at videos of various film trailers.

This week I completed the projectschedule which is
now ready to be updated when needed. This will
help me keep organised. I am also currently half way
through completing task 1.
I will complete task 1 and continue look at
various film trailers. I will also hopefully
startmy ideas generation and mood board.

I am still currently completing task 1, this task will
help me understand a variety of briefs within the
media industry.
I will complete task one by next week and
continue with the other tasks I need to do.
Making a questionnaireand sending it out is
the next task I need to complete.

I am still completing task 1 but coming towards the
end of it. This task will help me understand the
different briefs.
I will definitely complete task 1 by next
week and will be continuing with the other
tasks such as, making a questionnaire and
sending it out to collect feedback.

working my way through my ideas generation and
mood board.

I am currently working on my Ideas generation and
mood board that will help expand my ideas when
producing my film trailer.
I will have finished my ideas generation and

This week I have completed the risk assessmentand
Emma is currently working on our analysis for our
survey. Meand Emma also did a pitch for our final
major projectidea. I think we did quite well in our
presentation as we followed the structureof how
we were asked to presentthe idea. We also included
everything about our idea such as the narrative,
characters, target audience, pre– production and
production. The only we missed out was the
explanation of our scriptand storyboards in the pre
– production section. Overall I think we did well at
the details included and how we presented our idea
with confidence and in depth answers.
We were given a distinction for this presentation. I
was quite shocked as I thoughtwe would need to
probably do it again to reach that gradebut I am
pleased with how well wedid.
By the end of next week I aim to make a
starton our scripts and storyboards butalso
have finished most of the pre – production
sheets such as, location, equipment sheets.

currently completing my script. Within the next
week or so I will be completing the equipment
sheets and location reviews ready to film the clips
for our project.

of next week and over the easter holidays
latest, I plan to film clips for the project.

I completed all of the pre-production, this is means
that we can film the clips we need over the Easter
Holidays and be ready to edit when we come back to
college.

planned and filmed the clips for out film trailer over
the days wehad off, we have now completed the

This week we have completed a renamed all of the
audio and video clips, set up and new project and
Adobe Premier Pro and add all of the clips needed

This week I have started to crop all of the clips and
position them into the sequence on Adobe Premier
Pro. I have made title cards on Adobe After Effects
to add into the sequence later. Also, I have been
searching for none copyrighted music and sound FX
too add at the end of the editing.
By next week I hope to have put all my clips
into the sequence. I am also going to re film
some of our clips on Wednesday to ensure
we have the best clips as possible.

This week I film a few more shots that I can add to
my projectto ensurethe outcome is as good as
possible.
I have been looking for background music
and sound FX to add into the sequence. I
will continue to do this next week whilst
completing the project.

I have now completed putting all my clips into
sequence and haveadded the title cards I previously
created in AdobeAfter Effects. I am currently
looking for sound FX that fit the projects genreand
theme perfectly.

any other tasks that need to be completed.

project, I am also trying different types of
background music to decide which one suits pace
and theme the best.
