- 4. O The coordinatorand secretary. You divide the different parts of the report closely the five members of the group. O You can do it in Word, Power Point, Prezzi or whatever you want. O Collect all the parts and send them by mail to the secretary to reorganize. O You have to include everything that we have done in the workshop.
