  Once upon atime, students of Països Catalans went to “la Mitjana” to live lots of adventures. When pupils were walking they found a Time Machine. Prehistoric characters came out from inside; they were wearing leather clothes. They were lost and they decided to follow boys and girls. They wanted to know how to use students’ material. When the group arrived to “la Mitjana” prehistoric people observed how students were building up the camp. Suddenly students heard a noise and a student said: - Did you hear this? - It seems that it comes from behind these trees. - It is true. Let’s go there and check what’s going on! Two pupils went to the trees and they found a big surprise. Behind the bushes there were ancient people! Students asked: Who are you? Where are you from? Why are you dressed with these clothes? It is not Carnival!

  Upa, upa, jamboupa. Prehistoric people answered. Students were really surprised; they didn’t understand anything. However, pupils invited prehistoric people to their camping. After meeting each other, students and prehistoric people sang lots of songs. They became good friends. At night, they decided to go to the river. Suddenly they saw a pirates getting closer to the group. The captain went out and shouted: I have lost my parrot! Help me! - I haven’t seen any parrot. - I have lost my parrot! Help me! Repeated the captain.

  A student pointedout the trees and shouted: It is here! I have found it! All friends turned around and realized that it was not a normal tree. It was a poplar! A beautiful tree! Prehistoric people decided to climb up the tree to save the parrot but a thunder scared the parrot and it flew “La Mitjana” was dirty and all together decided to take all the rubbish to reuse it. Materials picked up were used to repair the time Machine and thanks to this, prehistoric people could go to the prehistory. They sang a song from their ancestors to celebrate it: Per allà la prehistòria vam tenir uns avantpassats que ens van cobrir de glòria tot pintant retrats. Ficats en una cova vinga a guixar les parets! No tenen foc ni roba i es pelen de fred... Students of Països Catalans School drew a map to help pirates to return to their land. After pupils came back to school. All families were waiting for them and they had lots of things to explain… 6
