  Developing history • Createdin 1880 • 1901 bough first ship and 1902 got their agent • In 1910 come to USA and UK • During 1939 to 1945, borrow their Fleet and air raid shelter, then growth quickly • in 1964, it started acquired some companies • in 1981, it become a public company • 5years after changed to a public limited company and changed its names to FII Fyffes plc • In 2006, Fyffes create a land plc which called Blackrock International Land plc and buys 60% stocks of Brdr Lembcke A/S (Denmark, in order to enters the US winter season melon business • announces a five year partnership with UNICEF Ireland, to help Mozambique children

  Summary • At thestart, sale banana and ten years later, has their own ship and agent, it growth quicker than before and go to London. Between 1939 and 1945, they went to UK and help British government. After the second world war, this company expend faster and faster. Finally, it become one of the top fruit provider in the world and changed company name. • After that, it start to join in to another area—land and create a new company for it. • It also pay attention to charity events.
