This document summarizes geology field lab assignments completed by Terra Stein. It includes examples of igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks found during walks along the Embarcadero in Morro Bay and the Kings River. It also discusses the San Andreas Fault, various weathering processes, mass wasting, erosion, and sedimentary environments through photos taken in California and Hawaii. The final photo shows the practical use of geology by depicting a dam along the Kings River.
