  VC SERVICES • CapitalCalls – Calculation and preparation of capital call letters to LPs and GPs, and track receipts • Distributions – Processing of distribution notices to LPs and GPs, calculation of distribution, and prepare batch wire upload documents for cash distributions • Management Fees – Prepare management fee calculations quarterly and prepare transfers of fees to management company • Investment Activity – Process investments during the period, including preparing wires, investment approvals • Reconcile bank accounts to GL monthly and all other GL accounts • Prepare and review quarterly financial statements for all Funds, including Statement of Assets, Statement of Operations, Cash Flow Statement, PCAPs, IRR calculations • Waterfall calculations to support “carry” calculations • Year end Audit and Tax support • Investor relations – Answer LPs questions regarding financial statements, PCAPs, Distributions, Capital Calls and Audit Questionnaires • FundManager.IO LP Portal – After setup, upload documents and notices on an as needed basis

  CORPORATE SERVICES • Weprovide the entire suite of accounting and financial management services • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, including Statement of Operations, Cash Flow Statement, EBITA, IRR calculations, etc. • Year end Audit and Tax support • Transaction posting, account reconciliation (bank, credit card, loan, etc.), financial dashboard report, budgeting & forecasting, payroll, and any other functions in your financial and accounting department • We can provide cash management and help you implement strategic planning to materialize into your bottom-line profits • Prepare and present at Board meetings and will assist in the investor relation function • We work with you to fundraise, restructure, M&A • We can work with you to ensure your risk management is covered • If you have a new system or want to upgrade, we can help in the planning and implementation
