He knoweth them
The LORD provides strength in times of trouble for those who trust in him. God knows those who love him. The foundation of God's truth remains sure, as he knows his people who depart from evil. Not all who claim to serve God and do works in his name will enter heaven, but only those who do the will of God. A son will be born to rule with eternal justice and peace. Those who overcome evil will inherit eternal life and be called God's people.

- 2. The LORD isgood, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
- 3. But if anyman love God, the same is known of him.
- 4. Nevertheless the foundationof God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

- 7. 23 And thenwill I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
- 8. For unto usa child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
- 9. He that overcomethshall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
