The word Hinduism comes from the Persian
language Hindu, which was the Persians' way of
pronouncing the name of the river Sindhu.
Hinduism has its origin in the years 3000 and
2000 BC. It originated when in India, there was a
mixture of religious beliefs

on the Samkhya.

Brahma
This god is considered the supreme
god, creator of the universe and the
origin of all wisdom and intelligence,
this divinity is the first god of this
culture and it is said that he can inhabit
any living being or any object on earth
since he is the creator of everything we
know.
Vishnu
He is the god of goodness and
preservation of the universe, he is in
charge of maintaining order between the
forces of good and evil, in addition to
preserving peace and love in the world,
for this reason he is considered one of
the most important divinities and the god
with more devotees in Hinduism,
because this god promotes compassion
Shiva
He is considered the god of destruction
and the counterpart of Vishnu, although
the latter is the beginning of life, Shiva
represents the end of it, but the end seen
from the point of rebirth, this is because
for life to continue there must also be
death.
Rama
This god represents mercy,
goodness and courage to
confront and destroy evil, for
this reason he is the
protagonist of Ramayana, a
sacred Hindu text.

person's dharma changes
according to his or her state
and age.
It means wealth and the
pursuit of wealth through
lawful means,
Artha is considered the

it means sexual desire. However, unlike
most religions, Hinduism considers kama as
either a great liberator or a great obstacle on
our path to moksha.
