The Hippocampus project aims to promote mental health and well-being in adolescents through yoga practices, addressing chronic stress via an app called Yuva Yoga, which supports yoga teachers and provides activities for young people. A heuristic evaluation was conducted by four experts to assess the app's usability, revealing multiple issues related to system visibility, consistency, and lack of help documentation. Conclusions highlighted the need for further empirical evaluation and led to plans for a new version to improve the app's functionality and user experience.
