Scenario :    What’s PHR for? Users collect and upload their entire health information (medical history, current conditions, medications, procedures, allergies, test results, immunization records, and personal profile) at one place.  Have all health information available online to the healthcare providers. By tracking and sharing the past and current health information to healthcare providers, individuals make the healthcare service delivery safer, less costly, more efficient and accessible. Up-to-date health information and disease risk alerts. Immaturity of HIT system – a number of PHR providers & different models in the market.
