2. Visualize achieving the goal and how life will be different. Keep pictures as reminders.
3. Make a plan with action steps and key milestones to reach the goal. Write this down.
4. Commit to the goal by writing it down, which motivates taking action.
5. Check progress regularly in a calendar or planner. Adjust the plan if needed.
6. Appoint someone to motivate and support progress updates.
7. Realize your dreams by following these steps.
