- 11. Leading Edge™ Corner Pad: WHY IT WORKS Vorticity Dynamics v(x,t) is a velocity field describing the fluid’s flow for every instant, p(x,t) is the pressure distribution and is the density. Equation (1) represents a law of Vorticity Dynamics — relevant equations: mass conservation. The amount of fluid entering any given volume must equal the amount of fluid going out.
