Broadband networks plays a catalytic role in the development of trade and e-government.
ICT IMPACT TO SOCIAL & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT  (World Bank 2009 Report) Trade in ICT goods and services has sparked export-led growth and job creation.  Jobs in IT services and IT-enabled services create jobs in other sector. ICT applications are also transforming how governments deliver public services to citizens and businesses.
