The Dutch Caribbean Family organization aims to stimulate creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership among Dutch Caribbean youth and young professionals through project-based initiatives. Its main goals are to develop these skills through collaborative projects, role models, and community welfare programs while promoting self-reliance. The organization partners with youth groups in Switzerland, Romania, and the Netherlands to organize intercultural debates where young people from different backgrounds discuss cultural impacts and exchange public speaking skills with the goal of creating their own youth clubs and civic participation in their home countries. The project involves preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases across 7 days that balance cultural exchange, skills building, and free time.
