  Image manipulation IN THISPRESENTATION WILL EXPLAIN THE PROCESSES USED TO ALTER IMAGES I INTEND TO USE IN MY PRODUCTION.

  This image isone of many that shall be featured on my digipak. When editing this image I used features on Photoshop including Colour balance to give it a brighter, purple hew. I did this as it fits with the tone of my music and genre. I also explored a new feature of sharpening, I did this on the actors face and also his immediate surroundings to amplify their presence.

  My original imagewas very natural and I enjoyed it visually, therefore I made very few alterations to this image. I increased its contrast to make the image seem a bit faded and dream-like. Likening it to the flashbacks present within the video.

  This image exhibitsthe largest visible change I did in my image manipulation. I altered the curves on the image as shown in the screenshot, I did this is order to create a silhouette of the pair. I feel this makes the image look unique and interesting whilst also being clear so viewers can infer who the image is of.
• 5.
  When altering thisimage I knew my intention was to place a song quote over it on my digipak, therefore to make the quote stand out I wanted to darken the image. To do this I altered the Brightness, contrast and curves minimally and each aided in darkening the image. I think this also mirrors the music video well as it is a sad, dark moment in which this scene takes place.
