Generally a movie has a duration of 2-3 hours.Today
watching movies is common for all age group
people.But teen agers are most of them. While
watching movies on the big screen can be
entertaining for
a teen, these movies can also have longlasting
effects on the way he or she lives.So movies have
great impact on teen agers.

In one study, the researchers divided the
teenager into various control groups
 Some drank 2 cups of coffee at 8:30
 Some were kept up until midnight and then awakened really
early in the morning
 Another group was made to watch movies before bedtime
The study concluded that watching movies
caused just as much sleep disturbance as did
drinking two cups of coffee at 8:30 p.m.
