Final Cut Pro was chosen for post-production editing because the creators are familiar with it from past work and it allows for simple importing and navigation of footage. Soundtrack Pro was selected for its sound capabilities and because the creators know how to use it. GarageBand may be used for recording foley sounds if needed, as the creators have experience with the program. LiveType was picked for title creation since it is easy to use and allows animated text, and the group knows how to use it from previous projects.

Programme: Final CutPro Why chosen?: We have chosen to use Final Cut Pro postfilming to compile our footage together as not only have we used it before during our AS studies, but it is easy to import footage into and allows simple navigation around the software. We also have access to this program.
- 3. Programme: Soundtrack Pro Whychosen?: Not only is this software accessible to us, but we are also familiar with it, having developed our skills from our AS studies. It is simple to use, and provides a large variety of sounds; as we intend to create a challenging soundtrack, this is the most suitable programme choice for us.
- 4. Program: GarageBand Why chosen?:It is possible that we may not use this software, however if we need to become ‘foley’ artists and record sounds, this is our programme of choice. Having already used this programme before, we would feel comfortable in doing so again.
- 5. Programme: LiveType Why chosen?:Our final program choice is LiveType. With this software we will be creating our credits and title. Like the others chosen, it is easy to navigate around and allows the user to produce animated text. There is also a variety of fonts available and effects. Not only is it also accessible, but it is a programme we are familiar with from our previous AS production.
