Softsolvers is a software services company founded in 2002 that was awarded MSC status in 2004. It offers on-demand, open source, and outsourcing solutions including sales force automation, supply chain management, CRM, and web application development. In 2010, Softsolvers created SecondCRM to help SMEs increase sales, improve customer retention, enhance productivity, and reduce costs. The author interned at Softsolvers from June to September 2012, where they found leads online, researched potential customers, input data into CRM systems, promoted CRM solutions, and created strategies that brought in over 400 new leads. The internship provided exposure to practical work, broadened their vision, and improved their communication skills
