We believe that Manifesto would aspires publicness and nurtures democracy. ! This update of our application is for the next Tokyo gubernatorial election that is hold on February 9th. Under consideration citizen's behavior gap between reading policy pledge on Manifesto and doing vote, we send this express review to be accepted before February 9th (Japan time).
