ARCHITECT. THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE SITE HAS BEEN ZONED AS THE CENTER AND
FOCAL POINT OF THE DESIGN. THE ACADEMIC BLOCK IS SITUATED IN THE CENTER WITH
ALL OTHER FACILITIES ON THE GENTLY DOWNWARD SLOPING LAND. THE SLOPE
NATURALLY COLLECTS RAIN WATER TO THE ISB LAKE IN THE SOUTH. THIS LAKE COOLS
DOWN THE BREEZES FROM THE SOUTH WEST AND BRINGS THEM INTO THE CAMPUS.
THE LAKE GREATLY HELPS BALANCE THE HOT AND DRY CLIMATE. THE ROADS FOLLOW
