It is a combination grassroots facilities and revamp of existing facilities to meet the new Domestic and Export Market Sulfur Specifications. To reach new sulfur specification for Mogas, a new Axens Prime G process will be used and the distillate product will reach its sulfur specification through the revamp of existing unit.This project contains around 1200 new subsystems with around1000 of new pipelines and 500 of pressure equipments.
