Description: TCS: The TCS project is held in near Gachibowli, Hyderabad. TATA group decided to construct a ITpark in 20acres. Tender: Our company received this prestigious order from TCS. It is the project of above Rs. 5 Cr. for HVAC services only. This IT park consist of five different buildings, named as phase-1, phase-2, phase-3, phase-4, and phase-5 for cooling and needed the cooling capacity of 500 Tons of refrigeration for each building. System and Equipments used: The system used for this project was chilled water cooling system. The equipments used in these project was AHU,CSU,HI-WALL units, PAC units, fresh air fans, exhaust fans ,water cooled chiller, air cooled chiller, air separator, cooling tower. Responsibilities: I am responsible for ♦ Find the duct quantities, equipment sizes by referring the manufacturer catalogue. ♦ Taking the damper quantities and insulation quantities. ♦ Preparing the area statement in sqm in excel sheet. ♦ Preparing power point for presentations. It is project of 5floors having the area of 862 sqm in each floor which has to be air conditioned. System and Equipments used: The system used for this project was chilled water cooling system. The equipments used in these project was AHU,CSU,HI-WALL units, PAC units, fresh air fans, exhaust fans ,water cooled chiller, air cooled chiller, air separator, cooling tower.
