 Project Management:

overall functioning, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to
maximise customer satisfaction.
 Project Execution and co-ordination:
Managing and supervising Mechanical, Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire safety (MEP) activities
including providing technical inputs for methodologies of execution and co-ordination with site
management & all project concern for all MEP services. Structuring everyday tasks, meeting
deadlines, working under pressure and achieving goals.
 Quality Assurance:

Preparing & maintaining check lists, quality inspection reports, supervisory report with
photographs, test reports of material of all execution activities of the Project.
Testing & checking of specified materials before commencing of any work.
 Client Servicing & value engineering:
Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximise customer satisfaction
levels. Add value engineering for optimum required solution. Ensuring continuous interaction
with the vendors, contractors to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for
improved service level.

 Assisting & coordinating with MEP design consultant for design & development.
 Handling / co-ordinating various activities from conceptual stage to the handing over
stage including design approval.
 Supervision, inspection and co-ordination with multiple contractors for various Services
activities.
 Ensuring quality control and safety precaution during execution.
 Ensuring the project is running within Scheduled time.
 Preparing daily / weekly reports for the clients, Reporting major constraints / concerns
to client / contractor / consultants with proper communication.
 Anticipating the material requirement & arranging for the same thereby ensuring timely
execution of the project.
 Ensure that materials received on site are in accordance with quality and quantity
 Certification of bills of contractors.
 Arranging & conducting the meeting with clients, all concerned consultants & all
contractors.
 Maintaining checklists, preparation of quality reports, supervisory reports, audit
