  • #6 Butuh pemimpin agar tidak bergerak serabutan tidak tentu arah, agar ada tujuan yang jelas dan bisa dicapai. Butuh pemimpin agar action terarah dan menjadi satu kesatuan, tidak saling menarik dan meniadakan. Butuh pemimpin agar semua bergerak, tidak diam dan akhirnya tidak berubah padahal semua sudah berubah. Butuh pemimpin karena pemikiran ide gagasan pertimbangan banyak orang tidak mungkin dapat dipakai semua, harus ada mekanisme pengambilan keputusan. Dan harus ada yg memutuskan dan mengatur saat terjadi konflik.

Pembahasan kepemimpinan penting karena setiap orang mungkin akan menjadi pemimpin, minimal di lingkup paling kecil yaitu di keluarga, sebagai orang tua yang memimpin anak-anaknya. Seorang pemimpin di perusahaan diikuti bawahannya karena bawahannya butuh pekerjaannya. Di organisasi sukarela pekerja tidak perlu takut kepada atasan karena tidak membutuhkan posisi tersebut (sukarela). Maka jika mampu memimpin pada organisasi sukarela biasanya dia juga bisa memimpin di organisasi lain. Karakter yang dapat dipercaya dan jujur akan membuat orang mengikuti dan mau bekerja di bawah kendalinya. Pemimpin yang punya visi dan mimpi yang disharingkan akan menarik orang-orang yang ingin mencapai mimpi tersebut bersama untuk mengikuti dan mau ikut bekerja keras.
