INTRODUCTION As any great leader know, the more effective your communication skills, the more effective you will be as a leader. As a leader one is likely to be spending over 80% of his/her time communicating with staffs, clients, investors, media, regulators and other stakeholders. He/she is always in the spotlight. For this reason, communication is constantly rated the number one leadership skill.
