Responsible for the timely reporting and analysis of all Cyber related incidents and activities to the Fleet Commander, served as the liaison with CNO, Fleet, Joint, and National Agency Staffs. Exercised operational control of subordinate commands and assigned forces to execute cyber, electronic warfare, information operations and SIGINT capabilities. •Liaised between NSA/CSS, C6F, and Fleet Forces Command on special National Security Staff/Joint Chiefs of Staff short fused operational tasking. Meade, Maryland Fleet Cryptologic Augmentation Center Division Officer/Tactical Information Warfare Officer Subs •Led the command’s largest deploying division of 53 Sailors (11 Officers and 42 Enlisted). Through my direct supervision and leadership, four Junior Officers qualified as Direct Support Officers, three qualified as Information Warfare Officer (IWO)/Information Dominance Warfare Officer, and three Sailors qualified as Direct Support Element Supervisors. Five Sailors qualified in Submarines, one Sailor was selected as Sea Sailor of the year and three were selected as Sea Sailors of the quarter. •Coordinated dynamic and short-fused augmentation requirements with C6F, C7F, and C10F Fleet Cryptologic Resource Coordinators, Combatant Commander staffs and other supporting Commands. Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii 04/2004-01/2007 Kunia, HI Maritime Cryptologic Integration Cell (MCIC) LCPO •Created and executed concept of operations merging the Navy watch into the NSA/CSS Hawaii SIGINT Contact Center. Resulted in a fully integrated 24/7 joint operations watch encompassing multiple sections, providing a single entry point for technical updates and requests for information by Pacific Command AOR tactical and national customers. •Skillfully managed all aspects of several multi-service watch teams providing 24-hour I&W to dozens of CSG/ESG’s, three Allied deployments, and scores of independent units.
