Levi Miller is a graduate student at the University of Alabama-Birmingham pursuing a career in biomedical research. He received his Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, graduating with high honors. At UAB, Levi has conducted lab rotations focusing on topics such as DNA methylation, schizophrenia, and glioblastoma. His graduate research under Dr. Michelle Gray examined the role of Kalirin-7 in Huntington's disease using mouse models. Levi has strong technical skills and research experience, as well as work experience in medical writing and communications. He is currently freelancing as an associate copywriter to gain additional skills in translating complex science for various audiences.
