Preparing
Lion Noodles
is so
simple…

..having heated a pot
of water, turn off the
heat and add the
quantity of noodles
needed, and cover..

..halfway through
the soaking time,
agitate the noodles
gently..

..at the end of the
soaking period,
empty the noodles
into a colander to
drain..

..and leave the
noodles to drain for
a few minutes..

..once rested, quickly
rinse them and the
noodles are ready to
use..

..allowing you to
create a delicious
dish for your
customers
