Loan Management System
This document describes the features and functionality of an LMS loan management software for microfinance institutions. It includes modules for security/authentication, administration, customers, and finance. The customer module allows for customer registration and includes subforms for personal details, guarantors, bank details, existing loans, employment, references, and documents. The finance module handles loan applications, investigation, approval, receipts, reports, payments, charges, and edits.

- 4. Change Password FormThis form is used to change the User Password. For changing the password, the user the must enter the Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password . Then click the Submit button.
- 5. Software Layout Configuration Form This form is used for the Software Layout Configuration Settings. The User can set the Color, Fonts and Other text properties according to his choice. For this fill up all the required fields and click on the Set Header Style button for setting the Header Configuration and Click on the Set Form Style button for Setting the Form Configuration. These Settings can be set as Default settings by clicking on the Set as Default button.

- 7. Add / UpdateCompany Form This form is used to add or update company details .

- 10. Add Letters FormThis form is used to add letter.
