Location Recce
Ellisse White-Oliver
I liked the look of this
location because this
isn’t much
surrounding it. This is
an advantage for me
because this means
there wouldn’t be
anything distracting
from the actors. I also
like the autumnal feel
that the area has. This
location would be
used for the ‘first date’
scene within my
music video.
This is the second
location I had in mind for
the ‘first date’ scene. I
liked the location because
it was out of the way so
people wouldn’t
interrupt and also I like
that this area would be
easy to decorate and set
up the way which fits
with the scene. I also like
the fact it is in between
two trees so that it gives
it a more symmetrical
feel.
The only disadvantage to
this area is the ground is
quite hard so it might be
uncomfortable for the
actors to sit on and the
lighting is a little dark.
These pictures are the ones I
was contemplating using for
the final key change scene.
Similar to the last set of
pictures I like the symmetry
it gives. I like the
confinement of the woods as
well is the bottom right
picture giving it a more
intimate feel. Fairy lights are
a big component of this
scene as well so having
somewhere I could hang
those was a big thing and
there is a lamp post and tree
which I could achieve that
with. The only concern I
have with this location is the
lighting again. I would
preferably like to film this at
dusk and I feel like it may
because a bit too dark which
would cause a problem.
