                    n ase ahead
• The Cycle/Time to market is getting shorter and faster
• Market Dynamics change in as less as 12-18 months
• Management teams reacts immediately, and the mantra
for the managers is how fast can you align your goals
  with that of the management
How different are we from
others
• We are no different than any other Consulting
  companies
• We only see that there is a gap in the market dynamic
today and this is not addressed properly yet
• What's the Gap –
   – Tailor fitted solution
   – Long Term Prospects and solution
   – More Control on the consultants
• What is needed for our model to succeed
   – Engineer(s), who is/are aware of the technology and work
     culture of the Company
   – Understands the requirement and expectations of the
Manager, and Manager has a comfort level with the
     Engineer
   – Who is onsite
How does the model Work
• The Onsite Engineer(s) continues to execute the
tasks as an Individual contributor and reports to
  the company manager
• The Engineer then offloads his/her work to Logic
  Fruit Engineer (Lead)
• The Lead then makes sure that the offload work is
  done and delivered
• Once this confidence level is built, then any of the
  following can be done
   – The Manager then assigns the weekly/monthly work
     directly to the Lead
   – An Fixed price project is assigned to the Lead/Onsite
     Engineer
Why Change
• Are you happy with the current quality
• Are you happy with the current cost
• Are you happy with the flexibility (do you
  have any other options)
• Do you believe this model is sustainable for
  4-5 years down line

If any of the above have the answer as Maybe
or NO then you can consider Logic Fruit
