S
CLOUD
Any situation in which
computing is done in a remote
location (out in the cloud) , rather
than your desktop or portable
device.
The majority of communication
takes place on mobile device.
Evaluation of structured and
unstructured data requires
appropriate systematization and
analysis.
Analytics is the process of
collecting and analyzing data in
order to make better business
decisions, develop better products
and serve the customers better.
Social networks have common
themes of information sharing ,
person to person interaction
and creation of shared and
collaboration content.
Millions of people from around the world log on to these websites
everyday so advertisement on FACEBOOK , TWITTER etc for a
nominal fee , instead of millions of pound.
Google and Bing have started including Twitter feeds in their search
results . It is expected that FACEBOOK and TWITTER will be even
more integrated with search engines in the future.
Business corporation do only store gathered data , however are unable
to analyze them . The concept of “BIG DATA” emerged which means data
stored in a less rigid structures and processable in a different way than in
previous data structure.
use of data mining technologies and methods are solutions for mobile
device.
A CLOUDY FUTURE..........
You are today where your
thoughts have brought you. You
will be tomorrow where your
thoughts take you.
The cloud promises to deliver a range of benefits, including a shift
from capital-intensive to operational cost models, lower overall cost,
greater agility and reduced complexity. It can also be used to shift
the focus of IT resources to higher-value-added activities for the
business, or to support business innovation and, potentially, lower
risks. However, these prospective benefits need to be examined
carefully and mapped against a number of challenges, including
security, lack of transparency, concerns about performance and
availability, the potential for vendor lock-in, licensing constraints
and integration needs. These issues create a complex environment
in which to evaluate individual cloud offerings
My interest area is on CLOUD -----
Everywhere you turn, people are talking about “the cloud”. Most of
those people aren’t customers; they are service providers and
software companies. Despite a lot of over-hyping (i.e. Microsoft’s “to
the cloud!” commercials), I have personally spent time working with
a few different cloud platforms and have truly been amazed at what
they can do. While there are many different types of cloud
computing, when I think of “the cloud”, I think of IT as a Service
(ITaaS) .
only pay for what we use
high availavility and disaster recovery solved.
Snapshot Magic.
No more backups.
Put server swaps .
