Need to adopt a new Regional Energy
Plan that defines the necessary priority
areas, actions and instruments.
Regional energy Plan
4 axis of action:
I axis Promotion of the production of energy
from renewable sources (8.500.000€);
II axis Promotion of efficiency and energy-
saving (16.100.000€);
III axis Promotion of grid and assisted
generation(4.000.000€);
IV Promotion of clean economy chain and
regional cluster specialization(10.500.000€).

Regional energy Plan
Objective: to develop public initiatives as a driver of
innovation processes in order to:
- Overcome the failure of market mechanisms;
- Effectively respond to the new needs of the PA;
- Promote innovation in the production system;
- Promote the technological competitiveness of local
systems and create new markets.
Pre-Commercial Procurement

Initiative to collect the needs of the Public Administration (PA) in the
Piedmont area in the field of energy efficiency and use of renewable
energies.

Municipalities, Public Agencies for Social
Housing, Chamber of Commerce…
Double objective:
1 - Analysis of the "state of the art" through a
sort of characterization of the housing stock
2 - survey of the most significant technological
initiatives
