  UPDATE : 02/06/2016 faultyOK ASRS Faulty Equipment History : - This fault history would be essential on reviewing re-occuring faults that may have the similar counter-measure for us to rectify it on the fastest time as possible. - The equipment on the next graph are the most trouble-sum of each month. (please see accordingly) CMT PERFORMANCE SUMMARY : - PCHS sustained 99% since last month. - while ASRS increases +2% gain from 94% to 96% performance. Change Point *Earlier fault detection before 8am *Fault feedback every 11am & 2pm WEEKLY KPI CMT Availability Projection : - PCHS will sustain its 99% performance as it shows consistent average performance on the next graph. - ASRS will vary from -1% loss or will stay at 96% performance based on Linear interpolation method and the variation behaviour from now and then.
