This document outlines the scheme of examination for the first and second year of an MBA program.
In the first year, students take courses across 8 semesters covering topics like management, economics, accounting, research methods, human resources, marketing and more. Exams include external written exams worth 70 marks, internal exams worth 30 marks and practical exams.
Students choose two optional specialization papers in areas like sales and marketing, finance, IT, international business and HR.
In the second year, courses cover strategic management, entrepreneurship and specialization topics. The fourth semester includes a project report and comprehensive viva voce exam assessed by industry experts.
