we suggest that Clauses that involve the
client are to be nullified.

TENDERING METHOD
SELECTIVE
-A pre-selected list of tenderers are prepared.

-Shall become payable by contractor immediately on receipt
of notice in writing given to contractor by the client or its
authorized representative
-The bank guarantee is effective from the date of submission of
tender document by the tenderer and is to remain in force until
a notice in writing to discontinue the same is given by the client
or its authorized representative or until the tenderer is notified
writing that his tender is unsuccessful.

-If the Contractor shall in any respect fail to execute the contract
or commit any breach of its obligations thereunder then the guarantor
shall indemnify and pay the to the client.
-The bank guarantee shall be irrevocable and shall remain in force
until the date of Certificate of Making Good Defects plus 3 months
and 14 days in the said contract or any authorized extension,
and in the case of the contract being determined, one year after
the date of the determination claims, if any, must be received by
the guarantor within the period of guarantee.
