As an overarching philosophy, it is committed to the following guiding principles:  Attitude comes first, aptitude comes next.  Balance and comprehensive education that nurtures the mind, body, and soul through pro-active learning activities.  Mutual respect between the student and the teacher under the precept that respect must be earned and not demanded.
