     Primary job functions: Manage seasonal swings and cycles in staffing, managing associate relations,
        overseeing training and development, talent management and driving Home Depot vision and values.
     Perform all human resources functions for ten store Home Depot district that is first in sales company wide.
     Maintain constant vigilance against company liability in areas of discrimination, EEOC and harassment.
     Conduct training for salaried managers and hourly associates including those for advancement to Store
        Manager, A.S.M. and Department Supervisor positions as District Associate Development Captain.

      33% increase in cost. Successfully negotiated and contracted with new provider to save 15%.
