- 14. Effectiveness of GunControl Gun Laws don’t affect crime or gun related deaths as much as poverty unemployment and alcohol use do.
- 15. There is noright to bear arms in Japan Only shotguns that’s not easy. Must store locked weapons in a locker and give the police a map. Police can search anywhere, anytime Gun crime does exist but in very low numbers. Japan has had laws on weapon control since 1588, almost 500 years.

House republican leaders made two separate laws one on youth culture and violent crime and another dealing with gun shows requiring checks.
