Afterwards; supervision activities commence to cover the following:  Follow-up MEP supervision staff on site.  Follow MEP site inspections, testing and proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.  Perform Progress & technical workshop meetings.  Clarify and control all MEP questionnaires technically & contractually in line with design criteria and contract documents.  Follow MEP materials’ submittals, shop drawings, coordination drawings and builder drawings as per the contract documents, authorities’ requirements and projects’ need.  Follow Contractor’s MEP progress and scope in line with project’s master plan and contractual scope of supply.  Identify risks, plan risk response and further follow up.  Verify and certify contractor’s MEP progress payments as per the contract conditions.  Verify and control MEP scope changes if occurred and follow the formal procedures chain.  Monitor and control testing and commission processes in line with project requirements.  Closing out MEP project’s documents: as built drawings, O & M manuals, Liabilities, staff training …  Communicate with all project’s stakeholders as appropriate.
