Job Responsibilities:- • Responsible for availability of Rotary Equipments including Rotary Drayer, Centrifuge, • Screener, Blower, Pump, Rotary valve, Reciprocating compressors, Liquid ring compressor. • Part of Planning for preventive maintenance and major overhauling for all rotary equipment. • Review and take action (raise indent, technical recommendation, to develop alternate vendor other than OEM) for spares for the machines, also maintain inventory at optimum level. While developing alternate vendor, quality of the product kept at original level. • Planning; Availability of spares, tools, consumable in healthy condition for turnaround job. • Take part in activities in plant like prepare Monthly Planned maintenance report, corrective maintenance report.

INDO BAIJIN CHEMICALS PVT.LTD, (CS2-Project,Dahej) Job responsibilities:- • Checking of isometrics from P&ID and piping GAD. Responsible for identification of Stress Critical lines. • Carrying out pipe and pipe rack routing study and pipe layout for various piping systems. • Interdisciplinary coordination with Equipment & Process department for critical inputs. • Tracking and monitoring of project progress with team members. • Supervision of design and preparation of Special Supports. • Involved in segregation of store material, arrangement of proper space in store building and responsible for receiving new shipment. • Fast issue of materials to all vendors in continuous progress in correct manner. • Well versed with IBR document preparation, material Segregation, material ground Inspection and Filing of original IBR Material Certificate and documents and drawings. • Supervising experience of pipeline like NG line, jacketed piping line, steam line, insulation line, cooling water line, chilled water line and chilled brine pipe line experience. • Supervising experience of hot and cold insulation work. • Responsible for flushing of pipeline, Hydro test, Flushing of line with Pneumatic air. • Responsible for visual analysis of Non Stress Critical Piping System. • Coordinating with Technical Engineers and contractor(s) to develop procedures and methods to improve quality. • Well versed with SMAW, TIG, MIG welding. Special Experience:- Experience in Commissioning of H2s compressors, DM plant, adiabatic reactor, Split Casing Pump, Crude Column, Jockey Pump, Diesel Driven Fire-Fighting Water Pump, Agitator etc. Hands on experience in erection like Pump, Motor, Static Mixture, Waste heat boiler, 3.9 Mpa Steam Distribute Drum, PRDS, Crude Column and its Internal Packing, Condenser, Adiabatic Reactor, Steam Turbine Unit, Desuperheater, Deaerator, Line Furnace and its Internal Refracting Lining Materials, Incinerator, Belt Conveyor and Tank Preparation. Rich understanding of all aspects governing Quality Control and Inspection activities and upto date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/guidelines and statutory compliances in the industry.
