Out of focus Psalm 33
This psalm calls the righteous to praise God through singing and instruments. It describes God's character as upright, faithful, loving righteousness and justice. God created the heavens and earth through his word and commands nature. The psalm asserts that God frustrates the plans of nations and delivers those who fear him. It concludes by declaring that the soul waits for God as its help and shield, rejoicing and hoping in his name.
