- 1. Hi everybody, my name is Pablo Sturm
- 2. This is a short introduction about myself, my life and hobbies I born in Venezuela, South America in 1979 and lived there till 22 years old I finished my bachelor studies in Caracas and after I made a Technical degree in Computer System Analysis in Valencia, after I moved to Lisbon Portugal and I've been living in Cascais a city around 7 months during this time I can learned Portuguese as well and know more about the Portuguese culture and his country, after it I moved again to Madrid, Spain where I also lived around 10 years, during all this time I studied in Madrid another Technical degree in Films and Audiovisuals finished in 2007. I believe in my training, experience, and proven ability as a Tier One Technical Support Specialist and Help Desk Technician will allow me to significantly contribute to diverse company's IT division. I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operations, hardware, and software. Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT field. Pablo Sturm.
