Career Objective Supervise all company and subcontractor construction and maintenance activities on the client's site through direct liaison with the client contract coordinators, engineers, production personnel, safety and environmental personnel. Budget and cost control management and the allocation of resources (plant, materials, and personnel) to meet work requirements. Price work and submit quotes or tenders to the client. Control and maintain all company assets on site and keep related documentation. Attend as key company representative at client meetings relating to construction and maintenance, operational matters, safety, health and environment. Inspect the work in progress regularly to ensure workmanship and materials conforms to specifications, that construction schedules are met and that safety, health and environment requirements are met. Actively pursue any gaps that "may" leave the company exposed, or alternatively propose and agree through proper channels a solution to the problem. Be responsible to ensure that all statutory requirements and client standards complied with. Complete all required reports and other reports in a timely manner to meet contract and company reporting requirements. Conduct pre-start, toolbox and other meetings to ensure that all site personnel are kept informed of safety, health and environmental requirements plus any other information that is necessary for the effective conduct of the site work. Ensure that risk assessment is completed prior to work starting and the required JSA'S are compiled and communicated to the work crews. Ensure that all personnel maintain competency through scheduled training and development fundamentals.
