Exception Reports A new menu option to give exception reports which need to be looked into for accurate payroll processing. Two reports are added in this version Employees with incorrect Senior Citizen TDS Classification Employees crossing 58 Years where EPS Applicability must be No Main Menu   Exception Reports
Incorrect Senior Citizen Age Profile This report will calculate actual age of employee based on given date of birth If employee is crossing 60 years at any time during the financial year, it should be marked as  60 to 80  in Employee Master.    Employees with incorrect Senior Citizen TDS Classification
Incorrect Senior Citizen Age Profile Similarly employee crossing 80 years at anytime during the financial year, should be marked as  > 80  in Employee Master The report will show reports where age is not updated correctly in SalTds    Employees with incorrect Senior Citizen TDS Classification
Age crossing 58 and EPS Applicability This report will calculate actual age of employee as on a particular month based on given date of birth  If employee is crossing 58 years during the month, then EPS applicable should be marked as “No” in statutory info of Salary Structure The report will show employees  where age is EPS applicable is not updated correctly updated  Employees crossing 58 Years where EPS Applicability must be No
Print Appointment Letter For employee joining the company, an appointment letter can be printed. A default text of letter is given, which can be edited by user. Fields marked in <> come from database and should not be edited Reports   Print Appointment Letter
Auto TDS deduction consistency If earnings and deductions of an employee remain the same throughout year, TDS deduction on month to month basis ought to be same. Rounding off was creating a difference of Re 1 on month to month basis. This is fixed in Version 4.99
Same loan twice in a year Currently if same loan is to be given to an employee during the year, a new loan code has to be created. Now PayPac will permit adding another loan during the year , provided the previous loan has been paid off
