The tutorial that I used was Photoshop CS6 Quick Start for Photographer created by Tim
Grey. I have never used Photoshop before so this video really helped me customize the images.
First, the tutorial explained all of the menu options and tools that I could have used in Photoshop.
Then, the tutorial showed me how to upload my pictures into Photoshop. The only pictures that I
uploaded were the minion picture and the banana picture. Next, I went through a background
tutorial. I ended up creating a canvas as a background to my final image. On the minion picture, I
used the lasso tool and cut out the background of that picture, so all that was left was the two
minions. For the banana picture, I used the magic wand tool to only get the banana by itself
without its background. Then, I added the two pictures to my canvas. I used a keyboard shortcut
that I learned from the tutorial, to copy the banana many times so that there was a large mound of
bananas. When I shrunk the two minions, the picture was blurry, so I changed the resolution of
the picture and then it was not pixelated anymore. Lastly, I added text to my canvas saying “Ba
Na Na S!!!” because minions really love bananas and it also correlates to my chemical bond
topic because it is Barium, Sodium, Sodium, and Sulfur.
