This document investigates the physiological and histopathological effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on the reproductive functions of the fish Heteropneustes fossilis. It determines the lethal concentration (LC50) of BPA, evaluates its sub-lethal effects on reproductive organs, and analyzes blood profiles and hormones, revealing significant reproductive dysfunction resulting from exposure. The study highlights the need for further research to fully understand the molecular mechanisms of BPA's action and its environmental impact.
