  • #7 The defendant Hill in the case Houston V. Hill, the police officer is being accused of inflicting harm to the friend of hill in this case which Houston police are being accused of brutality.
  • #8 The police officers are also in charge of arsenal for security purposes in Houston. The department also has skills of mediating in difficult situations which are risky and they are mandated to maintain law and oder.

Traffic mobility is being manned by use of aerial surveillance and they have implemented plate scan systems in patrol cars.
