- 2. Jalan P Ramleearea was a suburban area and was not yet developed. The placement of the buildings are scattered. Due to the growth of the city centre at that time which was Medan Pasar, the city start to grow. Large buildings started to allocate themselves in the site. The construction of KLCC and KL Tower initiated the rapid development of KL city. Relocation of the city centre encourage the growth of Jalan P Ramlee area.
